I ask having a similar problem. And unfortunately, the recommended solution does not work because no report appears for me to screenshot. It just keeps spinning without anything appearing. I've had this problem since at least Monday. Was hoping it was just a network problem. Good to know that it has been identified.
I'll be honest, though, why it has to be upvoted to be corrected, as per the Facebook post, makes no sense to me. It was clearly identified as a new bug, and should be fixed. Why does anyone need to wait to see X number of people say they want it fixed? I get asking for votes on feature requests, but not for bugs. I'm guessing the response will be because you needed to see how many people it's impacting. I get that, but human nature, most people will not provide feedback, AND, I'm sure you realize this would be a critical feature that needs to be fixed ASAP. I get prioritization and triage, but this should put at or near the top of the list. Someone please fix this.
I thank you for the consideration, and please understand that I do appreciate everything that goes ino the app, but this doesn't sound like it was well thought out.
